I’m Rachelle Welda, a dedicated yoga enthusiast and guide on the transformative journey within. My yoga path began in 2013, during a time of deep personal challenge. One intentional inhale, one surrendered exhale — that single moment opened the door to something profound. I became curious about the calm and connection I felt, and from that curiosity, Yoga Nature was born.
At Yoga Nature, I believe in the transformative power of yoga as a tool to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your truth. My mission is to create a sanctuary for everyone — a space to move, breathe, and remember presence both on and off the mat.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, my local classes, private sessions, and collaborative retreats offer a practice that balances strength and softness, rooted in functional movement and alignment-based teachings for safety and ease.

Yoga continues to be my greatest teacher — a vehicle for expression, healing, and remembering who I am beneath the noise. My hope is to share that same magic with you.
